Bind this card, draw a card, and reveal a card from your hand. Call the revealed card to (RC) if it is a unit card with grade less than or equal to your vanguard, and discard it if not. If you called it to (RC), and you have a grade 3 or greater vanguard, until end of turn, that called unit gets "[AUTO]:When this unit leaves the (RC), choose one of your units, and it gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn." and [Power]+5000.
